Memorial Day Flag Placement – A Tradition of Honor
Each year in advance of Memorial Day, a dedicated group of volunteers comes together to carry on a meaningful tradition—placing American flags at the graves of those who have served our country. This heartfelt effort ensures that every veteran is recognized and remembered for their sacrifice. With care and respect, these volunteers help transform the grounds into a powerful display of patriotism, offering visitors a moving reminder of the true meaning of Memorial Day.
25th Anniversary 9/11 M
emorial Tribute – Honoring Our Fallen Firefighters
This September, we will come together in solemn remembrance as we mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001. We are honored to host a special Memorial Tribute dedicated to the brave firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice while working tirelessly at the World Trade Center site in the days and months that followed.
Planning for this meaningful event is already underway, and it promises to be a heartfelt tribute filled with reflection, gratitude, and community unity. The program will honor the courage, strength and enduring legacy of these heroes, ensuring their service and sacrifice are never forgotten.
This event will be held in September and is open to the public. We warmly invite families, friends and members of the community to join us for this special tribute. Admission is free.
Additional details, including the date and program highlights, will be shared in the coming months.
