St. Michael’s Cemetery is holding a special event honoring the Great Composer, Scott Joplin, with a free, outdoor ragtime concert. This concert, arranged by Ed Berlin, an expert historian on the life of Scott Joplin, will feature the Peacherine Ragtime Society Orchestra from Baltimore, Maryland. As part of the same event, St. Michael’s will also feature David Head, a world-renowned expert on the life of Granville T. Woods, the famous black inventor.
