Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

7th Annual Tree Lighting at St. Michael’s Cemetery

St. Michael’s Cemetery was honored to host its 7th Annual Tree Lighting, a cherished tradition that brings families together during the holiday season to remember and celebrate the lives of those they hold dear. This year, approximately 300 family members and friends gathered in a spirit of reflection, love, and community.

Attendees were invited to place a blessed ornament on the Christmas tree in memory of their loved ones interred at St. Michael’s. Each ornament served as a heartfelt tribute, transforming the tree into a beautiful symbol of remembrance, connection, and enduring love. The evening offered a meaningful opportunity for families to pause, reflect, and find comfort in shared remembrance during the holidays.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this evening so special. Events like our annual Tree Lighting reflect our ongoing commitment to honoring life, preserving memory, and supporting families—not just during the holidays, but throughout the year.
